About Us
Our Mission is really About You
At Eaglebrook Chapel, our mission is to teach, encourage, facilitate the moving of the Holy Spirit, so that individuals can deepen their relationship with God and each other. We are committed to providing a space for spiritual growth, meaningful connections, and impactful service.

Habitational Authority... If you know, you know.
Initially, our meetings were directly on the US/Canada border at Boundary Marker #1. From May 31, 2020 to September 2023, we set up for 4 to 5 hours every Sunday afternoon. Not only did we get to meet many local people, visitors from the US, Canada and many other Nations have this special place on their 'must see' list. Monument Park in Point Roberts, WA is the most NW corner of the Continental United States and it sits directly on the United States and Canada border.
Since this park does not require an official crossing into the US, lots of people met there who were cut off from family members and friends during the lockdown.
Our Story
During Covid, Point Roberts, WA became completely cut off from the mainland US and Canada for several years. If people had issues crossing the border or were not vaccinated, they were very isolated.
To stand up for them and for Christians who were prevented from meeting in person all over the World, we met with anyone who wanted to come, each week. We found solidarity with River Church in Tampa, Florida who held daily meetings and broadcast to Christians and other people unhappy with their government's over-reach.

Coming To Pray At The Border?
Quite a number of people make specific trips to do this. Please do let us know if we can give you more information or assistance.
Point Roberts is fairly rural, many businesses are sporadically closed and you would end up having a long walk with no public transport if you just come.
Turnaround Summer
In the Summer of 2024, we had three months of daily meetings at the Roofhouse location.
Due to the lockdowns and the devastation of the local economy, rampant alcoholism and drug addiction, depression and political conflict, Point Roberts needs big change!
Our work began with teaching on prayer and prayer meetings for Point Roberts, Canada and other Nations and peoples with similar problems.
We continued with classes from 11 am to 1 or 2 pm on healing, health, overcoming addictions, developing peace and good character, strength and persistence.
At the end of the Summer, we had a recap celebration and let people share testimonies of how it helped them, documented healing miracles and things that happened in the community that were having a positive impact.

The Roofhouse Redemption
When the church we attended in Canada opened up, we took a break from having regular meetings in Point Roberts, but we've resumed them in 2025. Some of our meetings will continue to be up at the Border, but thankfully, we have secured an INDOOR place to meet during the off season.
In the Summer of 2024, we had three months of daily meetings at the Roofhouse location. That property can't be used as a building due to infrastructure issues, but we'd like to have it up to code and in use by next Winter. Our building fund goes to securing that property and fixing it up or to securing or building another one, elsewhere on the Point.
The building there has a long, happy history and it is a community icon. Over the years though, it fell into disrepair and needs extensive work. For us, it is a visual reminder that even though we might be seen as unusable, neglected, rejected and wrecked, the love of God can turn things around and make them joyful and warm again.
In Person Meetings
Sunday mornings, we have in person meetings that are in a private home. Contact us for details and to ask any questions you may have.
Tuesday evening, we are hosting a Warrior Fellowship Bible Study. This is in person from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, and unlike our other meetings, this is going with pre-planned teaching, a light meal and prayer for anyone who needs it.
This group will also be doing local outreaches in Point Roberts and in Lower Mainland BC.

They Say
Tim Trainor
Lay Minister
In the last decade, Tim has been doing more teaching of the Bible and pursuing mastery of prayer and ministry to the sick and people with other problems.
He has been a Christian since he was a teenager and had a profound conversion experience and other undeniable interventions from a loving God.
Tim is working on getting an advanced degree in Bible Studies with 3BI (Billye Brim Bible Institute). This school focuses on end times (eschatology, history, Greek and Hebrew).
For those who care, he also has an Associate in Electronics Engineering, Bachelors in Social Psychology and Masters in Organizational Development and Communications.
Kathryn Booth Trainor
Revivalist
After a dramatic conversion at age 5, Kathryn studied the Bible and did what she could to serve the Lord as a woman.
After Bible College, she changed from evangelical to charismatic or pentecostal practices. Her focus though is to enjoy and work with all denominations and while she does minister in local churches, preference is 'believer's meetings' where everyone can come together in the quest for evangelizing the World.
Kathryn is taking Bible college classes from Warrior Notes to supplement her Certificate in Bible from Northwestern College, and many years of individual study.
She also has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.
