🧭 Monument Park & Boundary Marker #1

Eaglebrook Chapel meets at Monument Park, just steps from Boundary Marker #1 — the literal line dividing the U.S. and Canada.

  • 🪧 This is the original 49th parallel marker installed after the Oregon Treaty of 1846

  • 🇺🇸🇨🇦 You can stand with one foot in each country

  • 📸 It’s a top photo spot for history buffs, travelers, and families alike

🌲 What Else Makes Point Roberts Special?

  • 🌅 Incredible ocean views and sunsets over the Strait of Georgia
  • 🦅 Bald eagles, orcas, seals, and herons all make regular appearances
  • 🐚 A quiet border town with a very low noise, low stress, natural atmosphere
  • ⛱️ Kayaking, biking, and picnic space just blocks from where we meet

✝️ But the True Power Is in the Gathering

While Point Roberts is peaceful and beautiful, it is not the land that carries the power — it’s the presence of God when His people gather in faith, worship, and prayer.

“Where two or more are gathered in My name, there I am in the midst of them.”
— Matthew 18:20
